We adore Diane Freis vintage pieces and this one is so fabulous! This vintage Diane Freis 2 piece evening ensemble is in a black silk jersey with velvet burnout abstract accents in shades of red orange and yellow. This would make a perfect evening dress alternative!

The tunic style silk dress has black silk lining and dolman batwing style 3/4 length sleeves with elastic cuffs. The shoulders of the dress are structured with shoulder pads, there is a buttoned keyhole opening on the back of the collar. There are high slits up the side which reveal the slim, straight leg black silk jersey pants.

We acquired these two pieces together as they were worn by the original owner, but they have different labels so they might not have been originally sold together as a set. The dress has the Diane Freis Limited Edition label and he pants have the Diane Freis knits label.

Made in Hong Kong of 100% Silk. Like most Diane Freis pieces, her designs were made to fit a range of sizes, and the dress will fit from S-L but the pants will fit up to a size 8 because of the elastic waist measurement.
